The Academy develops players of all abilities for all levels of play. From soccer ABCs through elite training, we
have a class for everyone. We offer premiere training programs for young athletes aspiring to become
professional players, high performance programs for children striving for college soccer scholarships,
non-competitive development programs focusing on skills and Team Concepts, adaptive soccer classes for children with disabilities and
recreational programs for children who are just happy
to play. All classes are age appropriate and emphasize teaching children how to think on the field while having
fun.
Our aim is for your child to learn soccer skills at an early age in carefully balanced sessions that contain both basic technique and
small-sided games. Your child will be developed in a soccer friendly atmosphere with highly qualified coaches.
CSA offers an indoor facility, safe environment and sessions centered on having fun.
After examining each player’s
individual abilities, the staff creates a personalized plan to improve each student’s game. Children build
confidence, get physically fit, learn about the importance of nutrition and healthful living and develop team
concepts.
Classes incorporate soccer specific movement, balance and coordination; fitness and stretching; and soccer aerobics.
Private, small group and customized team training are also available. Coaching clinics are offered for
coaches and parents. Classes are held at our indoor, air-conditioned soccer training center.

Enrollment is open year-round.
Free Trial Class
New students are welcome to attend a free trial class to see if they might like to attend regular soccer classes.
Parents should pick a day and time from our regular class schedule and call the front desk to see if there is a
spot in that class for a trial.
Tournament Night Fridays:

Ages 7 and up, 6:30 – 8:30PM
Soccer Tots Ages 3-5
Children are introduced to the concepts of movement with the ball and control of the ball.
Children are encouraged to want to play soccer through fun, instructional games led by a coach.
Children build confidence, develop motor skills and have lots of fun as they interact with peers.
Soccer ABC's Ages 5-6
Children are introduced to the rules of the game, how to kick the ball correctly and are given exposure to different
positions. Through fun, non-competitive games, children are taught how to turn the ball, dribble, shoot and play
simple games. Parents are encouraged to participate
and are shown how to carry over lessons from class at home.
Basic Skills, Tactics, Team Concepts Ages 7-9
Children are introduced to the fundamentals of tactics such as passing the ball, attack and defense moves, keeping
the ball away from and taking the ball from the opposing team. Children learn to score and prevent goals.
Physical endurance and fitness is emphasized while
touching the ball. At this age the focus starts to change from simple games to organized, tactical,
competitive games.
Team Concepts Ages 10-12
Team spirit is emphasized as players learn to apply advanced tactics and principles of play to shoot and prevent
goals.
Players learn to adapt to the varying situations in the game. Emphasis is on speed, agility and flexibility.
Advanced Team Concepts Ages 12-14
Focus is on quality play and competitiveness. Players are taught and develop their own tactics on the
opponent.
Players are taught marking, formations and positions, specializations of defense, midfield and attack, and advanced
techniques. Special exercises are practiced as a group producing combined techniques from the team.
Competitive Play Ages 14-16
Players are taught attack and defense, how to react to the opponent's strategy, positional and functional tactics.
Games are set up to promote mental reactions, agility and surprise moves. Techniques of controlling and heading the
ball, attacking and defending techniques.
High Level Play A
Technique is practiced at greater speed and under threat of attack. Passing and controlling the ball at high speed
are emphasized.
